For any support inquiries you can reach us during our general office hours Mondays to Fridays from 11 to 17 h by phone.

In case that we are not attainable e. g. if we are away from the office, doing support for one of you, please send us an email. We will get back to you then asap.

For any questions requiring our personal support please send us an email. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible and add appropriate screen shots if possible. We will contact you primarily by email - according to the case and complexity of the problem we will possibly want to contact you by phone so please add your current phone number.
